Accepting these terms
By using SALOPHA on a phone, the web or a computer, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age in your country if that is higher.
- You create one personal account tied to a phone number you own, and you give accurate details.
- You are responsible for the security of your devices and account. We recommend turning on two-step verification and the app lock.
- If you change or lose your number, update or delete your account so nobody else reaches it.
Acceptable use
Do not use SALOPHA to:
- Send unlawful content, content that incites violence or hatred, or anything that exploits children in any way.
- Harass or threaten people, or send spam or unwanted bulk messages.
- Impersonate a person or business, or mislead others about who you are.
- Spread malware, or try to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or our systems.
- Scrape users’ data, or work around limits designed to protect people.
We may restrict or suspend accounts that break these terms, and we may cooperate with authorities when the law requires it.
Your content
Your content is yours. You give us only the permission needed to transmit, store and show it to the people you choose, as far as running the service requires. We cannot see the content of end-to-end encrypted chats. You are responsible for what you send and publish, including respecting other people’s rights.
Businesses and transactions
- Orders, bookings and invoices are between you and the business and are governed by its terms. The business is responsible for its products, services and prices.
- SALOPHA does not process payments at the moment and is not a party to the transaction.
- Business owners must follow the law when serving customers and using their data. Some business tools, such as the AI assistant for business, may be paid according to the plan the business chooses.
- A verification badge means we checked the business under our procedures; it is not a guarantee of its products.
Mini apps
Some services inside SALOPHA are provided by other developers. Each has its own terms and privacy policy and is responsible for what it provides. You control the permissions you give each service in Settings.
AI assistant
Translations, transcriptions and suggested replies are generated automatically and may contain mistakes. Check them before relying on them, and don’t use them in place of professional advice.
Suspension and deletion
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or restrict your account if you break these terms, or if needed to protect users or the service or to comply with the law.
The service and changes
We keep developing SALOPHA and may add, change or stop features. We work to keep the service available and secure, but we provide it “as is” without a guarantee that it will run without interruption or errors.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the service, for other users’ content, or for your dealings with businesses and other services.
Our brand
The names “سالوفة” and “SALOPHA”, the logo and the three-arc symbol are our marks. Don’t use them in a way that suggests partnership or endorsement without written permission.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We change the “Last updated” date above, and tell you in the app if a change is significant. Continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept the updated terms.
